Is your PDF file Press Ready? Many PC programs allow PDF output, however this does not mean the file is press ready.
Please send your file at the finished cut/trim size. An 1/8" "bleed" must be added to the edges if any color or images go to the edge. So a common business card file with bleeds would be 3.625x2.125.
Common print friendly file types are PDF, a text outlined illustrator file (AI), or PSD with layers flattened at 600 dpi.
Feel free to ask for one of our various printing templates if you need help with the bleeds, and or folding guidelines.
